个人简介

张进,工学博士,副教授,毕业于西安交通大学电子科学与技术专业,研究方向为薄膜与等离子体技术,长期从事光电半导体材料和器件、以及等离子体和离子束加工技术和设备的研发。主持和参与省部级以上课题10余项,与多家企事业单位共同研发多款产品。在国际知名期刊发表学术论文二十余篇,授权发明专利6项。荣获省部级一等奖3项。
